My wife and I have been loyal customers of this Subway for 12 years. However, during our recent visit, we were disappointed with the service we received. When we requested our bread to be microwaved instead of toasted, we were informed that it was not possible. Additionally, our sandwich was made incorrectly despite our specific instructions. The employee added onions despite my wife's request to omit them, and then proceeded to put the sauces on the sandwich first. When I politely suggested that the vegetables should be added before the sauce, the employee responded rudely by saying, "don't holla at me, I have a right to refuse service." I am extremely disappointed with my experience at this restaurant. I have been a loyal customer at this subway location for some time and have always had positive experiences, until today. The staff has completely changed and they are extremely rude. One of the girls provided me with the worst customer service I have ever encountered. I miss the old staff and will not hesitate to leave if I see her working again.
Absolutely horrible! Rude they closed thirty minutes early. And told me that per corporate they close at 840. Although online it says they close at 9pm. They already had the door locked and chairs up sweeping. Easily the worst representation for the Subway corporation. The manager on duty said their name was Jada Kitson. The other employees refused to speak or give their name.
Very horrible customer service. I have been a manager at 2 other subway locations in the past... I have never been spoken to, or treated as an inconvenience as a customer the way this location speaks to people. Always out of product or not willing to service unless it's their way. Food is fine, but they are so rude .

I walked in at 8:37 and they close at 9. They had already put the bread up and weren?t making any more orders. This establishment never honors their business hours. If you close at 8:30 your business hours need to reflect that! It doesn?t even take 5 mins to make a sandwich!
I stopped in for lunch after getting gas before returning my rental car at the airport. There was a very nice man who greeted me and made me feel welcome. Sandwich was good as you'd get at any subway. Place was very clean. I'll stop in more often when I head to the airport.
During my visit to the restaurant, one young girl sat on the counter listening to music the entire time. Another young lady asked if I wanted to leave a tip, but I wasn't sure for what. It seems like the service is more professional when the Indian lady is present.
They stop taking coupons and orders online. Then they close Super early so you can't even pick up something for dinner. Disappointed in our neighborhood Subway ????????. If your not going to accommodate the neighborhood then stay closed for good.
