The lady behind the counter was very friendly to us (despite seeing comments about rude staff). The store was very clean. I enjoyed my experience at this Subway. The decorations and layout were visually appealing, making it a comfortable and welcoming environment. I will definitely be returning in the future. It's worth noting that they accept coupons (which is not always the case at other places). I didn't take many photos or videos, but there is a restroom available for next time. Convenient mall parking.
Thank you to the gals who were working tonight!! Still getting used to the new hours of all restaurants and retail stores. They closed at 8:00 PM. And I arrived at 7:59 PM not thinking that hours might have changed. The gals graciously offered to make me two foot-longs. Loved their suggestion to call ahead if I was every running late and they would have them made up for me ahead of time and ready to go. Saved me tonight! Need food for the hubby for dinner!! Thank you thank you!
Really bad experience. Got there 20-25 min from closing and as soon as I got there half of the things were already put away. The employee I got was then rushing me the whole time and made comments I didn't appreciate. He kept on reminding me to hurry it up and my whole experience with this subway was terrible. Will probably not come back ever and I love 2 min away. Will prefer to drive more to get better service.
Absolutely horrible...no wonder this chain is closing doors. A couple of BLT's and the only ingredient that could be tasted was the roll which was far from fresh. Literally had to add our own lettuce and tomato at home...if we had bacon we would have added that too. Do yourself a favor and just walk by this store and don't spend a red cent...there are far too many better options to patronize.

I have nothing to complain about after my visit to this restaurant. The food was well-prepared and kept in a clean environment, with fresh ingredients. The staff was friendly and pleasant. My sandwich looked like something out of a magazine. This is a great spot to grab a quick bite to eat.
The staff at this restaurant was extremely rude. They wrongly accused me of something with my meal and refused to adjust the price accordingly. When I asked for a refund on the drink, they argued with me and displayed very rude behavior.
The food portions are stingy for the price. The owners have a poor attitude and seem to believe that their money will keep customers coming back, but in reality, they are only driving them away with their cheap ways.
Take out only, which is not that much of a deal breaker, but restroom locked down too. How's this even allowed to operate? No soda machine. Sheesh... Find a better place, ppl.
