Walked in, the store was empty, two employees. One was tending to a customer, the other was filling a large phone order. She asked me to wait until she slowly filled 5 sandwiches. The other employee finished with the customer, and started helping the employee. I stood there, stood there, and waited, they chatted and laughed while they slowly filled the sandwiches. I finally asked, is this going to take much longer after waiting 10 minutes. They shook their head and looked at the sandwiches and said yeah, we have a large order. Hello everyone, this subway is exceptionally good in making sandwiches, making lasting relationships with customers, and their establishment is very well cleaned. You can tell that they care. I have been reading through these reviews and let me tell you, those 1 star reviews are complete bogus. The 1 star reviewers like to state how it's always the workers fault but never how they themselves treat the workers. Plus, they don't know how to spell, so personally, I wouldn't trust what they have say. In my experience, which have been many, these workers greet me with a smile on their face and they answer every question without delay. Being way out there in a small town growing slowly, doesn't leave much for variety as far as food goes that's not greasy fast food. Rules are different too, for each employee cannot offer your desired selection of items, such as black olives. You get 2 tiny handfuls which is half of my handful and that's asking a lot! But at the prices they have to charge doesn't compare to the portion that is sold for their limited options allowed. Each employee as you go down the line improved which helped a little. Some Subway's chop their salads and this one does not, layered and not full. Ingredients were fresh at least.
Rude staff churro was like chewing on a rubber sponge. Went to go exchange it. They gave me another one and was rude about it. The second one was the same thing. The servers were all very pleasant and patient as we selected our menu choices to go for five people. The servers asked for any extra toppings and were patient as selections were made. Each sandwich was made as expected and were fresh and delicious. A great alternative to a hamburger!!!
