I am a big fan of Subway, so I decided to visit this location to grab a sandwich while on a road trip. However, I was disappointed to find that both bathrooms were locked. When I asked for a key, I was informed that they were both out of order. I inquired about the staff bathroom, and was told that they wait until they get home. This lack of service led me to leave without purchasing a sandwich, and I do not plan on coming back. Service: 1 star.
I would give this ZERO stars if I could. The owner Manish needs to learn how to run a business!! His employees are not happy and as an owner you should have a focus on customer service! Providing basic necessities as water and bathroom even when you buy a sandwich should be given. Avoid this location at all cost then he’ll understand how to run a business. I am sad that I ended up ordering if I had known I would have walked out. Food: 1
I ordered a Titan turkey sandwich and it was filled with nothing but lettuce. The restaurant was stingy and the service was rude. The only positive note was that Juan provided exceptional service. I hope they can get better managers in the future. Overall, the service, atmosphere, and food all received a rating of 1 out of 5. The price per person for lunch was $10–20. Thank you, Juan!
Honestly, the amount of toppings they put on your sandwich is counted out. It seems very stingy. You only get two small slices of cheese, two of ham, and five of salami. The rest is mostly lettuce with only two meager slices of tomato. And they only offer oil and vinegar as the dressing. It's quite absurd. If they want to attract more customers, they really need to up their game. Book a table now
Overpriced, never answer the phone, it goes to answering machine. Closing time varies everyday. According to Google they are supposed to close at 9 pm but they close whenever they feel like. At 3:55, I found the door to the restaurant locked with two girls inside chatting. Despite my repeated knocks to check if they were open, they simply glanced at me and ignored my presence.
