I went through the drive thru, and had someone ask if I was ready. I said yes, and asked about a protein bowl, but received no reply. I said I’m ready, and nothing. I yelled Hello, and nothing. I went ahead and drove around to the window just in case the speaker went out. I literally sat there while two women stared at me and never came over to the window. I would have been happy with a hold just a minute, because us two cannot mentally handle seeing someone at the window and dressing 4 sandwiches. I almost thought about calling EMS to make sure they were alive, but they moved a bit so I just drove off after nothing but blank stares
AVOID THIS RESTAURANT! I placed an online order for pickup and when I arrived, the assistant manager tried to give me someone else's order. Despite telling her multiple times that we had ordered three sandwiches, she insisted that our food was already given away to someone else. She refused to take responsibility and there was no way to contact corporate for assistance. They simply took our money and blamed us for their mistake. The customer service was extremely rude and overall a terrible experience. I highly recommend avoiding this restaurant at all costs.
The Subway location had only one staff member on duty, while nearby fast food restaurants were busy. The lack of customers may have been due to the dim and damaged sign outside, making the store less noticeable. Despite this, the employee was hardworking and polite when making sandwiches and remained friendly, even though it was late. Additionally, the store had a drive-thru option, which was convenient for certain customers.
Can't go wrong with Subway I mean they have quite everything you want, you can make your own sandwiches you know that they are these new drinks that are very healthy, they not only serving soda more I like the variety healthy and that's what counts

Store employees closes store at 9pm. Not 10pm. Employees have kids up in there and employees has husband inside store making out when store should be open. Subway need to look into this store.
The staff member at the Park Road Subway was exceptionally patient. Four children, all under the age of ten, were able to place their orders independently without any problems.
Stop selling meatballs too soon. Soda machine malfunction too much and I had to save back. Sandwich manufacturers are class A. Store always clean day or night.
The food was good, but the crew showed bad customer service quality no eye contact and too busy to be there outside of life
