I used to love this Subway, but the service has really declined. I ordered delivery through the Subway app yesterday, but my order never arrived. I tried calling multiple times, but no one picked up. The email from Subway indicated that DoorDash was handling the delivery, so I contacted them, but they had no record of my order.
After work, I went to the Subway location and found my food just sitting there. They offered to give it to me, but when I explained my situation, the staff member simply said, "Why didn’t you come to get your food?" They insisted it was my responsibility to pick it up. Be sure to arrive before 11:45 AM if you want to skip the line! The food is tasty, and the service is satisfactory. However, I really wish management would provide training for the staff on how to make a proper sandwich. It's disheartening to see some of them come out so flat and unappealing. Because of this, I won’t be coming back.
Wow! This is the best Subway I've ever visited. Having worked at Subway years ago, I can say this location truly goes above and beyond with its holiday decorations. It's exceptionally clean and welcoming. The service was outstanding, and my sandwiches were absolutely delicious! Keep up the fantastic work!
The two gentlemen who were working were very professional. They expertly managed to-go orders while preparing my food, and they made sure to keep the surrounding workspace as clean as possible during the cooking process. The sandwich was delicious, and my overall experience was fantastic.

The staff was friendly, and I found the food quite enjoyable. Although I'm not a big fan of Subway lately, I decided to try their new menu. Overall, the options are mostly similar, with just a few added ingredients.
I did an online order via app and it added things I didn't want. I tried calling the store and no answer. Tried several times. Will not order Via app again. Nor will I go to a store that won't answer phone.
I visited the restaurant today at 11 AM, but it was closed, despite the presence of two other customers and one employee outside. I'm really disappointed and will be looking for another place to dine.
Sasha and KJ were wonderful! The level of customer service was outstanding. I really wish every Subway location had the same spirit of teamwork and kindness. Thank you both for everything!
