After having had multiple subpar experiences at this Subway location I have typically avoided it despite being in the area regularly during lunch – I was once again reminded today why. For lack of a better way to explain it, the staffs customer service skills are sorely lacking – they rush through transactions unnecessarily, asking questions to which they subsequently forget the answers received because they're rushing or distracted trying to rush customers through at warp speed - even when you're the only person in line! The same question is often asked multiple times - I had to repeat one part of my order no less than three times. VERY frustrating. The seating area was also a huge mess tod...
Healthy food as always. Subway is known for healthy food. That's their reputation. Service was good and she took the time to ask you choices. but as there was not many customers when I was there cannot comment on the services when there's a line up. It was a quite time.
The staff is extremely impolite and show no concern for customer satisfaction. I will not return to this restaurant again as it is also very poorly managed. Next time, I will take my business to a competitor in Canada. Be cautious, and steer clear of this place!
