Worst service ever received. I ordered from uber eats and i wanted to edit order but not picking up d call later i changed to pick up. Then i talked with uber and they said they can make changed but restaurant owner was rude he refused and then i talked with uber and cancelled order. Definitely the worst subway for service and wont people even suggest anybody to get here and also pit too mich lettice in sub as if i have ordered sub for lettuce
The female serving kept her gloves in while handling cash. When she was finished serving me she walked past the hand washing sink to simply switch gloves. I said to her “aren’t you going to wash your hands you just handled cash??” She said “I’m just changing my gloves”. This is absolutely DISGUSTING! I work in a hospital and LTC and worked during Covid. CHANGING YOUR GLOVES DOESN’T MEAN YOUR HANDS ARE CLEAN, YOU MUST STILL WASH YOUR HANDS.
I ordered food on Saturday, September 30th at 11am. Whoever prepared the sandwiches for me at that time, please discard them for sanitary reasons. This is a revised review from my recent visit. I received sandwiches with hard ingredients (couldn't even chew through a meatball) and random vegetables that weren't part of my order. If you're looking for a random, subpar sandwich, then this is the place for you.

I have ordered online and went to pick up food at this location around 09:55pm. After picking up my food I said I am going to dine in and I have been told that dine in is closed even though location open until 11 pm. Not sure this is being encouraged by management. I hope they are gonna change their attitude towards customer
The worst store reps. Ordered 15 mins ago reached store and it was not ready. When I asked the guy at store why it’s not ready. He just shrugged off saying our first priority is for ppl who are present at store. So why you have online ordering system then. Totally irresponsible staff at this store. I wouldn’t go here ever.
Worst customer service. Ordered for pickup 20 minutes in advance so I can have it ready during my break, and when I arrived they didn't even start it yet meanwhile they are serving people that just walked in, even after I asked about my order. 20 minutes later and still don't have my order, they can keep it.
I ordered through Uber Eats and selected the spinach and peppers topping, but it was not included in my sandwich. Additionally, the sandwich was not toasted. However, everything else was delicious. Buyer beware.

The restaurant has a very pleasant atmosphere and the food quality is excellent. I ordered online for a buy one get one free deal and was very impressed with the delicious subs I received. Great job, guys!
My overall experience with this restro is so good. I really appreciate the fact that the employes are so kind, and even veggies are so fresh.
