Where do I even start? This Subway definitely serves some of the best sandwiches with generous portions, no doubt about that. Today, my sister and I stopped by and noticed an elderly man sitting outside on the curb with his tiny, beautiful dog. It was 101° and blazing hot with no shade. After getting our food and preparing to leave, we asked the man if his little dog had any water. He said no, so I went back inside to buy a bottled water and asked if I could purchase a small bowl for the dog to drink from, no matter the cost. The lady told me I had to buy a $3 soup just to get the 12¢ paper bowl. When I asked if she could kindly just give me the bowl, since it was so simple, she refused. So,...
Avoid this location if you come across a certain employee. I recall her as a Hispanic woman with long eyelashes, wearing a "The Boss" shirt during my visit. She was very rude to an elderly customer who was speaking softly. When it was my turn, she kept insisting on default sandwich options and seemed reluctant to let me customize my order. To make things worse, she didn’t even ask what I wanted on my Subway Club; she just added lettuce, onions, and tomatoes. Luckily, that’s what I preferred, but other customers might not have been as lucky. Her attitude was very off-putting, and her service was poor. The other staff were friendly, but this woman’s behavior definitely needs to be addressed.
If I could give zero stars, I certainly would. From the moment we entered, the staff was incredibly rude! They spoke to us as if we were foolish and hurried us while we were trying to place our order. When we requested the bathroom key, they just tossed it onto the counter instead of handing it to us. So disrespectful!
The customer service was terrible, and I waited 45 minutes for a single sandwich at curbside. I requested extra lettuce and extra olives, but I received far less than what I expected.
