This Subway franchise is one of the worst I have visited. The staff seem more interested in chatting with each other than serving customers. One male employee even tried to upsell paid extras by claiming they were mandatory. I have visited this location three times in the past month for breakfast shortly after it opens, and each time the store has been dirty with leftovers on tables and crumbs everywhere. Even when the store is empty, the staff can be found laughing behind the counter instead of cleaning up. I will not be returning and recommend avoiding this location and choosing another Subway franchise in the city center.
Busy day here today and it showed. We ordered 2 vegan sandwiches and the lady didn't even change her gloves when making the food. I was very dissatisfied and when I tried to ask to change the gloves, we were promptly told to move along. This was not great! only saving grace was the lovely person behind the till. So kind and considerate. Not best pleased by everyone else tho! :
Staff extremely patient and careful with the fact I’m coeliac. Patient with me while I decided which toppings I wanted (as I needed to read allergen menu), helped me feel safe with how it was prepared, and had smiles all the way through. After not liking subway for years this experience has pleasantly changed that, and I will be going again.
So many staff yet only 1 serving and to then be ignored. Not very helpful. Also I had the sub of the day at £2.49 and got 12 cookies for £3.50 she then told me it was £7.29!? When I asked why she said it's the VAT on top. I got home to then realised I was charged £4.80 for the cookies instead of £3.50. awful service... Won't be going back!

Best fast food place ever, every week I go here to enjoy a foot long sandwich and have great drinks. Most of the time I come here with my group of mates and hang around . Not only is it warm and cozy but also full of different faces. New students work here every week and it's really amazing seeing it grow up to what it has become to be.
The restaurant is spacious, but the food preparation area was quite dirty. Overall, the cleanliness of the restaurant did not meet our standards, so we chose to leave without placing an order. While Subway staff are typically quick and efficient, the employees here were slow to serve customers.
Today's experience was beautiful. My daughter and I had our subways and a drink. The staff was very polite and fast what they do. We were served very quickly and enjoyed our food. Would like to eat here again as the place was neat and kept clean.
I haven't been to this restaurant in a while, but the Meatball Sub I ordered was amazing and tasted delicious. It was worth every penny to get a taste of that subway flavor.
