Subway - Table reservation

Absolutely horrible experience, I arrived at 16:45 (4:45pm) when it says online that it shuts at 18:00 (6pm) I tried to order a couple of toasted sandwich for my children. I was rudely informed by the young female that the place was still open but if I wanted a sandwich toasted I should have came earlier as the toaster needs cleaning before they shut the place. I queried the time it takes for them to clean the toaster and was basically met with if I didn’t like it, I could leave. I won’t be returning, lucky for me the one in Widnes town was open and they served me with no problems and a smile. Just been for the nachos after seeing them on right guys, to find this shop run by unhelpful kids the shop wasn't the cleanest of places ,the customer service was none existent I had to ask for my box to be opened again to add some sauce which I wasn't offered, the girl was just miserable and mumbling, won't be going to this shop again...

Awful French restaurant with terrible customer service. The staff, who seem to be young and rude, make the dining experience unpleasant. On my second visit, their oven was not working. I recommend going to the Subway in town center instead, where the staff is much friendlier and the overall experience is better.

I can't believe this place is still in business! The staff clearly have no idea how to make a sandwich. I will not be returning here again, it seems to be run by inexperienced individuals.

in this caffe for fast lunch, great service and eating called the sandwich was fresh tasty and tasty, the personal where very friendly, we will be thanked again
