would like to express my terrible experience today. I was with my parents today who just came from a procedure done and were hungry. I am a home owner and get the subway coupon in my mail. I called ahead of time and asked this manager don't know her name white girl and when I reached the store and presented the coupon she said only one per customer. I clearly told her that you told me on the phone that you accept coupons but she rudely denied saying that she said only 1 coupon !!! Total lie she never said that . Next there was another coupon which says free drink with any footlong purchases but she denied that too. I then requested her my parents are hungry and we need lunch soon. I even req...
I've been visiting this location regularly for nearly two years, and I've never had a bad experience. The customer service is excellent, and I always enjoy the subs, which are fresh. The place is also very clean and hygienic. The staff is considerate and patient, letting me choose from vegetarian options and addressing all my questions. I will definitely come back again!
Avoid avoid avoid! They send coupons for locals and don't take them but don't tell you until last second when you pay. They also DO NOT ring the sandwiches up with the same price as that is on the board. The sandwich was terrible and to make it worse mid bite I pulled out an arm hair. So unsanitary.
The sandwich was lacking in meat and toppings. It felt like they were skimping, as if they were trying to conserve ingredients for later. Honestly, I could have made a much larger sandwich at home for half the price.

I arrived at 8:40, and the lady informed me that they were already closed. I'm not sure why, as Google Maps stated that they closed at 9. I was hoping to purchase something to go.
I ordered a footlong sandwich on Uber and only received half of the sandwich. I tried calling twice and they don’t answer the phone. Quite upsetting.
I enjoyed my experience at this restaurant because the staff were incredibly kind and friendly.
