This Subway is horrible. Two times I've done curbside pickup, I arrive at Subway right on time, they make me wait 10 minutes, no big deal... but the worst thing is they forgot to toast my bread. I get Italian herbs and cheese, you know you want that crunchy bread with tuna, but instead it's hard and nasty. The young kids who work at this location have attitude; the older workers are nice and you can tell they work hard. Stay away from this place.
When you walk in, you find yourself standing in line, waiting long enough that it feels frustrating. While you're waiting, the employee is busy taking phone orders, and after about 15 minutes of this, you start to lose your patience. Finally, you ask how much longer it will take to place your order. The new employee goes to inquire with the person in charge, who then comes out and indirectly tells the new guy that phone orders take priority. It seems like management really needs to be changed.
Over the past year, I've consistently found the bread to be rubbery and difficult to chew. The staff tends to become irritated when I request extra items. The only person I've found to be friendly is the manager. There's a woman who works there who always seems paranoid, constantly glancing out the window. I wish she would concentrate on making my meal instead.
Please do not go here. They should just Shut down. No Chicken Breast available for a Sub sandwich. No Olive Oil as I always use oo for my Dressing. No Croutons for my salad. No Chicken or Brocolli Cheddar soup available either. What else are they out of??!! Plus the Hispanic ladies are rude as can be. Please do not give them ur business. Its horrible there. The worst place for mobile orders and pick ups, 3 times they had me wait 15 minutes for my order to be done, i could have just came in and order like normal and it would have been faster. The young kids have attitude and work slow all the old timers are working hard, those young kids are worthless.
Service is good at times the staff is short handed. This place gets busy and is 24 hours low occupancy seating and minimal drink station. Eat and go type of vibe.Vegetarian options: Nice menu for vegetarian options
Do not go to this subway it takes to long to get a mobile order out to you, they did not bring my food out for 15 minutes this subway is full of young lazy kids who have attitude.
Horrible mobile pick up i could have played a whole game of monopoly by the time my order was taken out to my car i waited 25 Book a table now
