I would like to commend JJ and her staff on not only going above and beyond on my recent online order. JJ and her team were slammed during the dinner rush and was taking care of their customers including myself the best of their ability. A few customers were beginning to be rude and disrespectful to JJ and her staff I was very impressed with the teams professionalism handling the situation and defusing the situation. I would like to commend them all and as a frequent customer appreciate the quality of the staff and subs!
Be sure to keep an eye on whether the staff behind the counter changes their gloves before handling your order. I had to remind one employee to put on fresh gloves after she came out of the back room holding a tray of cookies and touching the oven and timer. She then wanted to start making my sandwich. No thanks!
I ordered online, and when we arrived, the staff was just putting our food into bags. They were incredibly friendly! Once we got home, we found that both subs were made perfectly. The vegetables were crunchy and fresh, and the bread was neither dry nor stale. We'll definitely continue to visit this location!
JJ was amazing at customer service she had to fix an order that the girl messed up and who was very rude and JJ should honestly be the manager cuz because she knows how to take care of customers and Sarah was also very nice and that’s what customer service is all about them 2 women!!

If you close at 10 o’clock, why were the doors locked before that? I'm not sure if this was a decision by management or the employees, but it's frustrating.
i came at 9:45, says it closes at 10, and they were already closed??? wouldn’t let me it and she was still working? weird as hell go to a different subway
