I recently visited Subway store #2760 in Courtenay for the first time since coming to Canada. I was very pleased with the service and how welcoming the entire experience was. The service was quick and the associate patiently explained and guided me to ensure I had the best Subway experience. Overall, I had an amazing experience. A big thank you to Christina and Ansaa for their exceptional customer service!
The service at the restaurant today was fantastic. My friend and I were attended to by a woman named Christina, I believe. She put just the right amount of toppings on our sandwiches and was extremely friendly. It was my first time at Subway and I didn't even have to ask for extra pickles. Amazing!

Great staff and clean restaurant. Only thing I’ll say is that they get really busy sometimes so your online order might not be ready on time, id recommend going in and placing your order during rush hours. My partner got the suprimo sub and he loved it. Book a table now
My favourite subway in Courtenay. Jon, and the younger man on the veggie station today (April 14, 1pm are always so nice and have great attention to detail. : thank you for fulfilling my love of pickles.
Just had the best subway sandwich I ever had, served by a wonderful gentleman who also bought a glass of water to my table. Thank you! Had a bad day and this made me feel a little bit better.
Nothing to complain about. Subs were good, made to order. The employee was on his own but super friendly and efficient with our larger order.
