Black Market Food Truck & Catering

I recently tried Black Market for the first time and was impressed by many aspects of this food truck. The menu offered some great options, but I decided to start with their burger and I'm glad I did! The bun was fresh and fluffy, the sauce on the burger was delicious, the onion rings were perfectly crispy, and the locally sourced bacon was phenomenal. The location was ideal, easy to find and not too busy for parking or foot traffic. The staff were friendly and genuinely interested in our experience, which was a nice touch. Overall, I was very impressed with Black Market. While I think they could expand their menu slightly, I appreciate the focus on quality ingredients in a small food truck....

The food here is fabulous, fabulous, fabulous. We went after reading all the rave reviews. The Spicy Mexican chicken burger, the Barbecue Korean burger , the Black Market burger and the Korean ribs are all fantastic. Our son described the food as Master Chef quality. A 5.0 rating after 5 years!? So well deserved. Some of the best food we have ever tried;we are near 60 years old. You must try this place. Order ahead as its a long wait otherwise. The secret is out!

Super delish! The ramen was huge and uniquely flavourful. The Korean chicken burger ahhmazing. The crispy ribs OMG and polenta fries 100% yum. Love the variety, something different and very tasty. Great service, very friendly, but call ahead as it’s a bit of a wait if you don’t.

The spare ribs and the cauliflower bites are awesome. The chicken sammy is also very good. They just always sell out early so pre ordering is key.

So good! We got the Korean Fried Chicken Sandwich with cauliflower bites and polenta fries. Chef's kiss!
