Leaving the store empty-handed and without a refund, I submitted feedback through the Subway app. I was subsequently contacted by a representative named Ryan G., who asked for more details in order to process my refund. Unfortunately, after not receiving my refund, I had to initiate a chargeback with my credit card company. In summary, while the food may be good, I wouldn't know since I never received my order. I strongly recommend that employees be properly trained on how to handle situations when an order cannot be fulfilled.
