Almost every time me my family comes into this establishment, we leave feeling bad for even coming here. At least one of their employees has an attitude. Last time, I took my young brother here a black lady that was working the shift was mad because he didn’t know how to order. It was his first time in a Subway ever. This time, I sent someone here to get a custom order the employee was irritated because the last thing on the list of my order was bacon, which he had to toast by itself since he already toasted the sandwich… which was the employee’s fault anyways because my person specifically said NOT to toast my order in the beginning.No customer should feel like a burden.
