Very disappointed. We’re experiencing a serious family medical situation requiring regular travel across the state. Friends and family have given us gift cards for food and gas to alleviate some of the financial burden. We stopped here because we had a Subway card and planned our stop around a Subway. Upon paying we were told they do not take a gift card because they are owned by Love’s. We were stuck at that point because our food was made prior to paying as the process works at Subway. We would have left otherwise because we did not have extra money. A sign would be nice or we would’ve never ordered. Apparently all Love’s will now be off of my list of places to stop on future trips.
Very slow service, all tables were dirty, when we asked them to clean a table off, they wiped down one table and left the other 10 tables dirty, even though there were others in line that would still need a table. The two employees that worked had to also work at the Dairy Queen. They didn't have all the vegetables available. No tomatoes were cut and the excuse given was that he has been trying to cut some since 4pm (it was now 8pm) and he hasn't been able to get to it yet (there was only 3 orders being made at this time), but still refused to cut any tomatoes.
The Subway location I visited stated on Google that it closes at 11 PM, but when I arrived at 10:15 PM, they were already closed. The staff were rude, telling customers they were closed instead of being polite. If they're unhappy with their jobs, they shouldn't let it affect their attitude towards customers.
Store clean. Food fresh. Second in line. First server great. Time for fresh veggie stuff, 2nd server was indifferent and more interested in talking to 2 guys at the end of the counter instead of loading my sandwich, : but they weren't buying. Wow!

Went inside after a long day of driving. 11/29/2023 9:45pm. Two guys behind counter. One moping and one just standing there talking. Waited for someone to take my order just to be told subway was closed at 9:45 for some reason.
I didn’t have an experience I stopped the first time they claimed it was closed. I stopped the second time they was on break. Why even be open if you’re not gonna serve the public.
Terrible customer service. Ignored whole the girls talk and gossip amongst eachother. Waited for them to finish their conversation, then was asked, ‘What do you want’.
terrible experience. a seller who hates her job and is in charge of making the buyer experience terrible. this is the worst Subway dirty bad etencion.

The food was ok, but the drinks were watered down. I got the cherry cola because I’ve never had it before……. I could see the bottom of the cup
It's not even 8:45 pm and subway is closing. They mean mug as if they're in the right. If you settle for a job then do the dam job
