my boyfriend and i walked in and one of the two men working immediately insulted my boyfriends car, bad start. he was in the middle of making my sandwich when another customer walks in complaining that they came through and his wife’s flatbread was not toasted. after he toasted the flatbread, and the man has left, the two workers proceeded to talk poorly about them and say they never asked for it to be toasted blah blah blah, they also were swearing behind the counter lol. i wish i were finished. lastly, the worker making my sub, asked what i wanted topping wise, he forgot the jalapeños so i mentioned it to him and he says “you didn’t mention that earlier” to which i replied “well it comes o...
About 7:30 last night I went to Subway to get 2 sandwiches and it was 2 men working and first, I was never greeted and one of the men asked the other to take care of me, when he came up to the counter he was very rude asked what type of bread I wanted and slammed it down and began making my sandwiches with pure hatred and he told me Monday will be his last day and how he hated his job b/c I asked him if he was having a bad day! Once I got the sandwiches home they were a total mess and we threw them away and will not be going back! He should have quit or been fired a long time ago and the guy working with him should be fired as well! Totally unprofessional and service was horrible.
Yesterday my husband and I came in and ordered a chicken bacon ranch foot long and a Philly cheesesteak foot long around 7:00pm. We were kindly greeted by two gentleman. The one gentleman that made our order was amazing! Incredibly respectful with the precise sub making skills and it was the best subs we have ever had from Subway in our lifetime! Those two gentlemen are the prime examples of a great employee that shows superb hospitality and patience while under pressure.
Honestly worst service I have ever experienced. 2 men working night shift treated my wife awful after she told them they made the food wrong and didn't put what she ask for on sub, like cheese, sauce, or even toast it. There is a reason people should make minimum wage and this is it. Minimum effort.

While stopping to get a sandwich we observed the subway worker (while making 2 meatball footlongs) wipe his nose on the back of the glove. That was enough for us, we left without ordering!!!
I pass using 2 closer Subways because this location makes a better overall sandwich and actually follows then directions we put on the order.
Boyfriends food was frozen. Mine was good but wrong I wanted ham not turkey. Service was rude and they don't listen.
