I would give this place a big zero for service if I could. I went in at 10 a.m. to buy a loaf of bread for breakfast, but when I arrived, there was no one at the front desk; they were probably in the back. After calling for someone, a staff member came out after a few minutes, and she acted as if I was interrupting her. It felt like I owed her a great deal of money, and she was treating me like I was beneath her. Her attitude made me quite uncomfortable. I guess I won't be the first to complain about the woman employee who is in a bad mood. And even though online, it says it opens at 7am she told me she wouldn't be making sandwiches till 830. When I can clearly see they had bread already made ready to be served. I don't understand how a person can work in customer service and not know how to handle herself.
The waitress has a very poor attitude; it appears she isn't happy at home and brings her problems to work. She doesn't seem interested in her job and prefers to chat with her colleague instead. I suggest that it would be better to leave the job to someone who actually wants to do it.

Subway inside Puente Hills Toyota has the worst customer service. I went for a sandwich and the server was very unfriendly and lacks customer care . I recommend they be retrained for better customer service.
