"I placed an online order for pick-up at 6:40, but when I arrived at 6:45, it hadn't been started yet. However, the store sent a message saying it was ready. When I asked the person working where to pick up orders, he told me in a rude tone to sit down and wait. When I requested a refund, he claimed that I had wasted his food. Needless to say, I will not be returning to that location again."

This restaurant does not honor coupons, makes up its own rules, and charges double for a chicken bacon ranch sandwich. They also charge extra for bacon that already comes on the sub. The bread is not fresh, the lettuce and spinach are stale, and the turkey was molded. My family got sick and we had to go to the hospital. The service was very rude and it took 40 minutes just to get our food. The staff kept telling us to wait, and then a lady came in and started making food without washing her hands. Disgusting.
