We live near by and eat here often, so we are subscribed to the subway coupons. Upon trying to use a coupon for two 6 ins, the woman at the register REALLY struggled to find coupons on the register. She then asked me to insert my card and read me the new price. I asked her why the total only went from $12 to $11 when my coupon was for a $5 off a sub. She said she would try to find the coupon again. After a few minutes of staring at the same page she said the coupon was not available. I kindly let her know that it was still valid and I'd never had a problem with these before and if she could ask for help looking. She refused to consult any other employees and told me I need to pay for the san...
I come here all the time as i work in the mill below. i had my usual meatball sandwich made up. I opened to a disaster of a sandwich. there was no possible way to eat it. I took it up and asked for a remake. she said meatball always did this (wrong I order this frequently) when remaking it I got some half meatballs, and my extra pepperoni I payed for got shorted a slice. the place was empty, it's not like I was doing this during a lunch rush.
I will not be returning to this restaurant. I am extremely disappointed in the quality of my food...I am at a loss for words. The sandwich I received is unrecognizable, not at all what I expected with fresh veggies and turkey. It was truly revolting. The only redeeming factor were the cookies. Save yourself the trouble and look elsewhere for a meal.
I will never eat here again. So disappointed in my food...I just...can't even describe my thoughts right now. I don't know what the hell im tasting in my sandwich. Certainly not the fresh veggies and turkey that i thought I ordered. Absolutely disgusting. The only good thing is the cookies. Do yourself a favor and keep it moving.

The staff at this restaurant are very friendly and compassionate. A customer didn't have enough money to pay for his sandwich, but the employee was kind enough to help him out. This level of service deserves 6 stars.
The salad artists at Subway are all amazing! I particularly enjoy the chopped salad for a low carb or keto meal. While I wish they had fresh avocado, I often end up getting their delicious guacamole instead.
The customer service at this restaurant was terrible. When we asked the employee to change their gloves, they refused, stating that the gloves were expensive.
Not all Subway restaurants are the same! I visited one today on North Delridge Way and was disappointed to find out that they do not offer the Sub of the Day.
