He fires his good employees, then likes to hire very unmotivated and uncaring employees. Their quality has been on a steady decline for the past year and it is disappointing. My husband took the incorrect sandwiches back to the restaurant to request a refund. He had to wait in line while three other customers were ahead of him, one of whom also received the wrong order. When my husband finally reached the register, the manager or owner came out, grabbed the sandwiches, and threw them away without even acknowledging the mistake made by their staff. They didn’t process a return with our credit card; instead, they outright refused to assist us. Before leaving, my husband warned the customers in line to double-check their orders.
