Their ingredients are probably a day old. Bread was too hard. Tomatoes were squishy and developing that clear clumpy goo. The workers didn't know how to properly put together a sandwich. I went in after one bite and returned both me and my boyfriend'ssandwiches. I love sandwiches. This is not a common occurance. This is actually the FIRST time in my 26 years that I've returnedfood. Worst Subway I've ever been to. And this is Subway! The bar wasn't to high to begin with. Okay. Done. Bye.
The staff at Subway are friendly and helpful, but whenever I visit during hot weather, the air conditioning is never turned on. The workers are left sweating, and when I asked why the AC wasn’t on, they explained they aren’t allowed to use it. Last year, some long-time employees told me the owner prefers to keep it off. While the menu offers decent food, the working conditions for the staff leave a lot to be desired. I truly feel for the Subway team.
Burnt bread!! I couldn't even bite into it, worst part didn't even get to enjoy my lunch break, the guy knew it was burnt why didn't he just start all over I was iffy about telling him to complete my sandwich but my hungry stomach and my short lunch brake didn't give me the time to sit there and argue about my burnt bread but tbh if you have burnt bread tell them to start all over cause that was just a horrible sandwich!
Every time I go in you're out of chicken noodle soup. If you know that it's one of your best sellers, why don't you heat up extra batches. Very disappointing. Edit. My sandwich usually seems to fall apart before I even get home......theres only 1 person that seems to be the only one who can put it together right so its not because of what I get in it or not i always get the same thing and he seems to always put ittogether just fine! If you could also put the correct phone number online itd be appreciated!
I wanted to order a protein dish, but they informed me that it wasn't available. When I asked why, they simply said it wasn't being offered at the moment. If something is unavailable, there should be a valid explanation. The service was also quite brief.
The staff is friendly, and the restaurant is well air-conditioned. The food is carefully packaged to avoid any spills. The employees work efficiently and consistently make sure orders are correct. The food and toppings are always fresh and tasty.
