COVID-19 Update: This Subway location in Seal Beach/Rossmoor is open, but some changes are definitely needed. My wife visited to order several sandwiches and found the staff to be quite rude and unfriendly, not only towards her but also other customers. It wasn’t just a lack of customer service—it was truly poor service. My wife is typically very calm and sweet, so it takes a lot to upset her. Initially, I thought it might have been an off day, but after reading other reviews, it seems to be a recurring issue. I admire this place! They give good meals, their menu is rich, The cook in this restaurant is a real authority in the kitchen, I love much try all their dishes. The dishes are always of high quality, the service for the visitors is also very good. I often visited this restaurant and I was never unhappy. I recommend this place.
This Subway is above average compared to others. It's clean, offers plenty of parking, and has a friendly staff. There are both indoor and outdoor seating options. Convenient unloading is available nearby, as there are shops like Sprouts, Staples, and others in the shopping mall, along with more options across the street.
I enjoyed a tasty sandwich packed with ham, turkey, bacon, and melted mozzarella cheese. It came with a refreshing side salad garnished with paprika, black olives, and avocado. Overall, it was an excellent sandwich!

I’ve visited the Subway at this location a few times, but the staff were very unfriendly. The menu options are good, but the poor service means I won’t be returning.
