After preparing the footlong, she asked if I needed anything else. When I showed her the voucher again, she said I could only purchase a 6-inch sub and then use the voucher for a second free 6-inch sub. This seemed illogical to me, but I didn’t want to create a scene in front of other customers. The voucher clearly stated "ANY," so I felt disappointed when she put the footlong bread away and proceeded to prepare my order as a 6-inch.
I understand that misunderstandings can happen, but the wording on the voucher was quite clear to me, and I believe this was a missed opportunity for excellent customer service. Subway is my favorite place, and it will always hold that position for me. If I mi...
