Do not use coupons here because they will tell you they are not valid. When coupons come in the mail they should be valid at all locations. Every other location in Orange Texas will take the coupons. They do not tell you until after they make your ordereven though they see you standing there with a coupon in your hand. I even asked if they can override the coupon option and theystated no. I will never come back to this location.
This place gets me every time. I wasn't even gonna go in there but we had a coupon so we went. The first thing I asked was can I use this coupon and he said if it's not exspired you can. In the end my $17 coupon turned into $40. He rings it up and says it didn't cover a sandwich. Dude I just ask you if it covered He hates his job and it showed the atmosphere was all wrong.
One of the worst subways I ever been too they added pepperoni to my tuna fish sandwich which I never wanted, they also didn?t put enough items on my other sandwich! This is the 3rd time I?ve been there threw the drive thru that place sucks! If you can?tdo your job right the first time how do you expect to make it at another job!
To begin with, the staff was very slow and seemed poorly trained. Additionally, after we got home and started eating our salads, my fiancé discovered a curly hair in hers, which upset her. The crew was not wearing hairnets or beard covers. I definitely won't be returning to this location! Book a table now
They watched me walk up to the door and locked it in my face, without saying anything. Then proceeded to laugh about it. Even if i came 20 mins before close, sandwiches aren’t hard to make these employees are just lazy and incompetent.
I had a disappointing experience at the MacArthur Drive location in Orange, Texas, on March 10, 2024, at 9:30 p.m. The manager was quite rude and wouldn't allow us to order three sandwiches. It left a bad impression.
Just got off work. The dining room was locked up so we went thru the drive thru. Asked for my sandwich to be toasted. It wasn't.Didn't fuss just came home with it.
We received gift cards from our neighbors who recently moved away, and we really enjoy both of the locations in Orange—or anywhere else for that matter! Book a table now
