Wow, I usually don 't like to give such bad reviews but customer service really does matter. The last time I came here the service was great and my food was good. This time, the two guys behind the counter were more interested in what each other had to say than to take my order. I had to wait until they finished talking and then say hello before they acknowledged I was there. And they were facing my way! Just ignoring me. Then the guy who served me was in a hurry. I go here all the time. I stumbled upon the low yelp reviews and I got to defend them. I get great service here. Sure every now and then there's a new person learning the ropes. But my regular servers past 7 years always give excellent service. One even makes my sandwich before I tell her my order. I love the breakfast sandwiches and frequently arrive after breakfast hours and they make it anyhow. Relative to other subways there really is no difference. I would give a 0 star if I could. The hours clearly state that this location opens at 7am. It is 7:40am the doors are locked, and the worker inside ignored me for 10 minutes until I continued to knock on the widow. Once she finally acknowledged me she just put up her fingers to indicate that this place opens at 8am, then walked to the back of the restaurant. Here is a picture of the store hour that is taped to the front window. It clearly says the store opens at 7am. I'm trying to pick up lunch for my kids as they go to school nearby, but I assure you that this subway will never get a penny from me or anyone in my network of friends or parents.
I visited Subway at 11:30 AM when it was quite empty, and the ladies warmly welcomed us right away. As more customers arrived, these two ladies continued to greet everyone with a smile. Their customer service was some of the best I've ever experienced. They were quick, friendly, and the store was spotless with neatly organized chips. The menu had great options, and I will definitely be coming back.

Please update your hours at Subway. I arrived at 7:10 AM on Sunday, August 26, 2023, expecting to find the restaurant open as both the posted hours on the door and on Google indicate a 7:00 AM opening. However, all the lights were off, the door was locked, and there was no one inside, not even in the back. This made it impossible to check the menu or place an order.
I had a really disappointing experience due to the extremely rude service. To the Hispanic girl who was working today around 11 AM, your attitude made me not want to return to your store. It’s incredibly unprofessional to ignore certain customers while attending to others. You kept asking me to wait while you served other people first.
The Philly Steak sandwich was loaded with red onions but had hardly any steak or cheese, and it was dry. I had my caregiver return it and get a replacement because it was terrible. I was really upset and hungry. Their best-selling item seems to be the cookies, but overall, the food and service here were disappointing!
I used a gift card at this site and I should've read the reviews first. Not only was the quality of sandwiches terrible, but you are overcharged for what is basically bad components. Save your money and frustration and go elsewhere.

Rude, do not honor coupons per the coupon deals. No napkins given and no thank you for your business. Very cold and no customer appreciation at all.
