I used to get amazing sandwiches from this place, but today was awful. The guy behind the counter barely spoke to me, didn't ask what kind of bread I wanted or if I wanted any extras. He just made steak footlongs without any skill or proper training. The food was terrible and the customer service was nonexistent. It was a bad experience and even the person after me had a similar bad experience. I never usually post reviews, but this was beyond disappointing, especially since it was for my partner's birthday breakfast. Imagine someone with anxiety coming here for the first time and getting served this terrible food. It's a downfall and a bad experience overall.
Today, I ordered two 6-inch subs at the restaurant. While we were waiting for our order, the staff was busy with another order. Unfortunately, one of the items in that order, nuggets, accidentally fell into the salad bar. When our order arrived, the person packaging it noticed one nugget was missing. After being asked about it, another staff member found the misplaced nugget and simply threw it into the box with pieces of salad. Overall, the service was poor, the servers were not pleasant, the surroundings felt grim, and the restaurant could definitely use a good sprucing up.
Just a bad experience altogether. The staff was rude. Charged me extra for black pepper and as you can see there was not that much on it. I always get oil and vinegar on my Italian sub and they didn't have any. The meatball sub was more water than sauce. No kind of spicy mustard of any kind. The main thing was just their attitude when asked for something. When I buy something I want it made the way I like it and they just didn't care. I very likely will not be back. The only thing that was good was their Macadamia nut cookies.
It’s great! Lots of variety. Sandwiches, salads, sides, interesting drinks to choose from. One of the healthiest fast food options whilst still being delicious and affordable. Thanks

Spicy Italian only to reach the sauces and no hot chilli sauce as discontinued due to an updated menu... Empty shop and not a friendly service. Won't be going back there again.
The staff were unhelpful and refused to allow me to have any salad. Their service was very rude and shocking. I will not be returning to this restaurant.
