I had a very disappointing experience at Sukhadia. I ordered a small tray of samosas, which cost me about $1.50 each. When I opened the tray, I was shocked to find that the samosas were half the size of the regular ones we get at Patels or Apna Bazar. Both the appearance and taste were underwhelming. I also had a similar experience with the Veg Biryani; it seemed like Sukhadia used frozen mixed vegetables and a few raw spices, resulting in a very bland flavor, as if it had been rushed and cooked in just five minutes. I do not recommend purchasing party trays from this place.
We ordered food online, it's been a week and it still hasn't arrived. The food is most likely spoiled from being at the warehouse and when I reached out to them for help, they said it wasn't their problem. Please don't order any food items online from them, there delivery terms and Agreement isn't fair for customers. They should have some type of insurance or coverage for customers in these type of cases, but sadly don't.
I hosted a party for about 60 people on Saturday, May 13, 2023, and chose Sukhadia to cater authentic Gujarati cuisine. They exceeded my expectations with their food quality, presentation, professionalism, and service. This was my first experience with them, and all our guests couldn't stop praising the food and the service provided. They were truly outstanding. If I could, I would give them 7 stars!
I was very disappointed with the quality of the sweets. I tried different varieties, and none of them were satisfying. I've never encountered a gulab jamun that was dry, lacking syrup, poorly fried, and bland. The only decent item was the jalebi; the rest were quite disappointing. They really need to focus on making authentic Indian sweets.

Very bad service. The old owner is very creepy and greedy. He tried to overcharge me for chocolates and disagreed to give over time plates. He was also staring at me while I was eating in a really nasty creepy way.
The packaging was beautiful and the sweets were delicious. Most importantly customer service was beyond professional. Thank you for making the wedding more special. In gratitude, Divya Chugani
