Taste wise, the drinks were pretty good, only reason they're even getting 2 stars. Customers service wise, it was horrible. Facebook advertisement makes this place seem welcoming and friendly but the staff, at least at the afternoon shift, was ridiculous. Customers are so bothersome when trying to ask about your menu when you're completely dead not a customer in sight and having a conversation right? They take no cash, card only. So make sure you have something for that. You do everything electronically, the employees don't take your order, just pretend they aren't there. first off the parking lot is suuuper busy probably because a lot of construction going on around the freeway.drinks were good! i liked my oolong milk tea with boba. pretty good flavor and sweetness was what i expected. my friends also liked the house milk tea and the hokkaido milk tea.there are many ways to order on your phone, on a kiosk, at the cashier. makes pickup a little complicated because some orders have #s while others just have phone numbers. there were probably like 12 drinks on the counter waiting to be picked up and like 15 people waiting outside.
I ordered a brown sugar boba milk tea, but there was too much ice inside. I kindly asked for some of the ice to be removed, but the staff didn't seem very willing to help. Unfortunately, I must insist that the boba milk tea at this location is not as good as the one at Arcadia Sunright.
my favorite place in the city. I get them literally 2-3x per week. I go to her hokkaido militant with ovulate and graz gele, less ice and 75% sugar. when I feel a little fruity, I get her sunny fruit tea with 75% sugar and less ice, and it's so refreshing.

Oolong milk tea with taro is GREAT !The staff is friendly but the waiting time is a bit long...maybe due to grand opening.However, it is STILL sweet even at 25% sugar...but I think maybe it's due to the taro.I will be back for sure !
The restaurant always has my order ready quickly and at a comfortable speed. I recommend their grapefruit green tea with 25% sugar and less ice. Lemon is also good, but I prefer a less acidic taste.
