I went in there and asked for an onion bagel with taylor ham n egg. While they were making it a friend of theirs came in and he got his coffee n my taylor ham n egg and left. I had to wait again and when they gave me my order I took it home n it was an onion bagel with one piece of taylor ham , no egg n it was cold. No one should be treated this way because their friend comes in, he should have waited just like the rest of us. I will never enter the doors of this place again. Horrible customer service!!!! The girl at the counter was nice but that got me no where
Good deli bagels and sandwiches but today I paid $6.50 for a bacon egg and cheese $6.50!! No way a BE&C is worth $6.50 anywhere but if I’m paying $6.50 give me the best BE&C I’ve ever had, it wasn’tOwner replied so here’s my reply. Is there Boar’s Head in a bacon egg and cheese? I should have taken a picture of the sandwich that had 2 pieces of bacon and barely any egg and cheese it was all bread. You’re lucky I gave it 3 stars and also my complaint was about the price, $6.50 for a mediocre sandwich will make you lose customers like me, see ya
The staff at this restaurant is incredibly friendly, and you can quickly get in and out even during peak hours. The coffee is consistently hot, and they take the time to know their regular customers. There's plenty of parking available, and the prices are reasonable.
I only tried breakfast food here, and never had any complaints. Been coming here since 2020, food is always fresh. My husband loves their bagels. Staff is always nice, and go above and beyond for their customers.

The staff here are incredibly friendly, and the bagels? All I can say is wow. They are exceptionally fresh and delicious. I highly recommend this place to everyone!
This is untouched and $6. Place went down hill fast. Cheese wasn’t even melted either. Find another bagel spot near by, definitely not worth coming in here.
My favorite breakfast spot in Belleville, portions have gotten some over the years.
