I was happy to have this establishment in town until I came here for brunch. I was there with my family and we were seated outside as we wanted to be. My 9 year old asked for lemonade with her meal and was told by the server that they had none. Mindyou, the reception that she gave us from the moment we walked in was not a pleasant one. She appeared visibly annoyed with usbeing there. We were also told that we were not allowed to switch sausage with bacon in one of our orders. I have been to othersunset locations and this has never been a problem on anything we have ever ordered. We then had a change with our server Midwaythrough and she was far nicer. Brought my husband and 2 kids here for a breakfast treat today and was terribly disappointed. If you are looking for a decent cup of coffee, this is not the place. Our server barley made eye contact or cracked a smile and seemed annoyed to serve us. Mykids even commented on the coldness of her attitude. My daughter found 2 hairs in separate dishes/plates. I asked to speak tothe manager to let him know what was going on with our dinning experience and he said the waiter was tired and gave us a 65cent discount off of the bill for the hair. Yes you read that right ...lol 65 cents. We did see her smiling up and friendlywith her other tables so this made us think maybe she didn?t like serving bla...

Well I usually don?t like to give a negative review but feel compelled to do so now. Ordered eggs Benedict and asked for the eggs to Be over medium. Firstly eggs came fried and looked like scrambled eggs. Never ever had eggs Benedict with fried eggsthey are always poached. Sent it back and with reservations should never reorder after sending back a meal but I was extremelyhungry ordered pea meal Bacon and eggs over easy. Was fair he got the eggs right this time the time. Bacon was undergone. Service was mediocre at best. Will not be returning should have gone to Starbucks snd ordered their egg bites.
I’ve visited Sunset Grill many times, but our most recent experience was very disappointing. It seemed like our server was deliberately ignoring us because of our race. We weren’t offered a second cup of coffee, and she didn’t stop by our table even once to ask if we needed anything. There was no eye contact, and we had to ask loudly just to get some water. When she finally came over, it felt as if we were interrupting her, which was very disrespectful and spoiled our morning. I won’t be returning, and the franchise will definitely hear from me.

Since eggs Benedict should have poached eggs, I sent them back. I then tried the pea meal bacon and eggs over easy; while the eggs were cooked correctly this time, the bacon was undercooked. The service was lackluster at best. I won’t be coming back to this restaurant and wish I had just opted for the egg bites at Starbucks instead.
Great food, great service! What a delight it was to drop by this location Sunday Mar 7th. All Covid protocols in place, friendly service, well prepared food and value. The dining area is very clean and the QR menus easy to read. As you can tell the overall experience was awesome. Back again and it?s still great. Back again Aug 2021. Still a great visit with fresh food and good coffee.

We have been visiting the Stouffville location for weekend breakfast for about 4 months and really love it. The food is consistently excellent, the owners and their team are super friendly and accommodating, and the atmosphere is welcoming andcomfortable. Would highly recommend!
The patio here is a perfect place for a delicious lunch meeting. Lots of parking, and the entrance is level with the parkin lot. All the food we ordered was delicious.
