One of the many $3 sushi joints in Sydney, Sushi Arigato is a favourite of many local students and couples in the area. They provide relatively fresh sushi at decent portions, and is on my list of cheap sushi places to go if I'm craving sushi in the area.
The service, unfortunately is quite lacklustre, as is the variety. I always would prefer to order fish belly nigiri - salmon belly, kingfish belly - and they would often sound confused, even though it's written right there in the pictorial menu. They would then place the order to the chef, who would have the time declare it as unavailable. There was once they even waited a full 20 minutes to tell me this, and the restaurant was empty!

Local sushi train that completes the job. $ 3 plates and chefs that seem to be very bad at their job (in a very good way - every sushi seems to have an almost ridiculous amount of raw fish / avocado / all the other good stuff).
They have some interesting combinations of ingredients for some of their sushis (again on a good way).
Not always the absolute freshest, but good enough, especially for the price and the serving sizes.

The only angled problem would be the limited variety found on the conveyor. Look for sure there is still a large selection of different fish and styles of sushi.
My go to sushi train in the area. Almost all the plates are which makes it easier to just pick and enjoy. A few dishes, such as sashimi are more. And you can order off the menu too. Service has always been friendly and efficient. The place is clean and comfortable. Table seating as well as train seating. Food is tasty and substantial. Although most dishes are you get great value and variety.
Decent sushi at an affordable price, lack of variety on the sponsor. Your service is extremely arm, waiting for the staff is quite rude and condescending, I did not return due to this.

Good sushi train. Each 4 for $ 10! Amazing value and what more food is fresh! Order what you want if it is not on the train. The staff sometimes do not know what they ask, but the sushi boss will come out and get what they want!
