The facility is welcoming, the menu extensive and the meal we had eaten here was fantastic – tasteful, fresh and well presented. The main dishes here come with a salad, but not the salad cum dressing we get in the states. Here the salad was shredded in a light dress with an always so light touch of Wasabi. We chose the Tokyo boat for two as the main course. I had "boot courts" at a variety of Japanese restaurants, but that was special. It was really filled to the bride with just everything that could imagine and was just about more than we could eat.
The team of this restaurant will welcome you kindly and always be kind. The place, clean and well maintained, is ideally located in front of the prefecture. The Japanese specialties are offered in the form of a profusion of menus that are equally copied from each other. Affordable rates, quality dishes and smiling staff. Recommended.

Excellent cuisine and warm welcome. The bento of the day is big and small price. A restaurant that makes an excellent coffee is rare and it is with a pleasant surprise that We found my mother and I that their coffee is excellent. The decoration is modern and warm. My mother who didn't like sushi found them delicious. We'll be back.
Good restaurant. Sushi is good. On the other hand, I was disappointed by my glass of umeshu (maybe) and by my dessert (mochis clearly coming from a box that can be found in Asian store: they even kept the paper below). But the Sushi Pearl remains a good restaurant for those who want to discover Japanese cuisine.
I've been here for a few years with my best friend! It's always a real pleasure! Don't change anything. I strongly recommend my request to the boss always keeps: moving to Bordeaux
