I visited Sushi Soba for the first time on Valentine's Day, and they really transformed the restaurant to celebrate the holiday. There were balloons on the tables, hearts everywhere, and they even offered a complimentary rose at the end of dinner for your special someone. I was particularly excited to try a sushi boat, which was a big reason for choosing this sushi spot. Let's begin with how friendly and amazing the staff was—everyone was just wonderful! The sushi was incredibly fresh and spot on; we tried a lot of it. I also had the red curry ramen, which was absolutely delicious. I will definitely return when we're back in the area. It's a shame there isn’t a location in Southbury, CT. Great place to feed your sushi vows! Finely prepared tuna tarts and so well played! The hot soup was delicious and beautifully balanced with taste and fresh ingredients. Pig dumplings were very good, not the hard dough type some restaurants serve. Very lively atmosphere and very busy. We're safe back here!
The food was excellent, and the staff were incredibly friendly. They even called to confirm that my online order was accurate, and when I realized I had made a mistake, they generously refunded me for my error.
