Aordering $75 worth of pies/drinks and coffees, a gorgeous new employee put through our Trans, a young girl. We knew she was new, because she had an embarrassingly obvious 'L Plate' name tag on. After a few minutes of waiting for the final coffee, with no sign of it, we enquirer, and the older woman making the coffee, clearly the boss, went on to take 8more mins arguing that we hadn't ordered a coffee, but instead had been charged for a loaf of break. The was talking at the top of her voice, printing off the pos journal to 'prove' this, despite us saying- no, no bread- just a coffee please. This bakery was an unexpected find! Our apartment wasn't ready so we wandered down to the Main Street to grab some lunch. They have a wide variety of specialised pies. They also have a coffee machine so we ordered hot chocolate too. The staff were very very friendly, which adds to the warm, welcoming bakery experience.

We come up from Melbourne regularly and stay in Moama. The Sutton's Bakery store at the Safeway Plaza has the most delicious coffee in town. The service is great and considering how many coffees they do, they are really fast at getting them done.

The lady who works here is SO rude, it's actually unbelievable. The pies are also average, despite the claim of so many gold medals. Given the amount of other bakeries in town, I'd suggest people skip this one and try another local business.
Craving a meat pie, couldn't resist the bakery with a window covered in awards. Pie was average, not terrible, not quite hot enough, definitely not worth awards, just ok. Staff were friendly, reasonable prices but disappointed.
We bought pies to take away, they were boxed and in a bag, very good for carrying hot pies. The pastry was very good not at all greasy but nice and light, the filling was how we like our pies.
We has the most fantastic bread rolls light fluffy and crunchy on the top and we had also purchased pies, pasty and sausage rolls a few days before really delicious

A True Old Fashioned Country Bakery. Great products, great staff, great Service and awesome Coffee! A must visit if you're in Echuca.
Suttons is the best bakery and pastry shop on the border. Their pies are outstanding and variety of pastries is mouth watering.
