The food at this restaurant is absolutely incredible. We opted for the delivery service, which arrived a day early due to the current pandemic situation and our online ordering error. However, I must mention how generous they were - they gave us our meals for free and provided complimentary meals on the correct day as well! I cannot fault their service, and I will definitely be ordering from them again and recommending them to others. Thank you so much for your understanding and apologies for the mix-up. We ordered online through just eat and our food took over two hours to arrive from time of order. We called twice in this time to ask for an update but no helpful information was given. The driver never called to tell us how late he was or where he was. No money was refunded. The food was cold and had to be reheated. Not an ideal takeaway experience.
This review is for food delivery. The quality of the food is excellent, but the service and delivery are extremely poor. It has been over 2 hours and we still have not received our food. Additionally, the fact that they still charge for delivery is unacceptable. The situation seems to be deteriorating as each delivery takes longer than the last.

I had a wonderful dining experience at this charming restaurant. The food was top-notch, the service was excellent, and the staff were very pleasant. The ambiance was lovely and the restaurant even has its own car park, making it easy to access. It's just a quick 5-minute drive from the M4.
I had a takeaway from Swaddesh for the first time this evening and the food was outstanding. The owner was very friendly and is clearly passionate about the food and service at his establishment. We usually buy from another local Indian takeaway but we will be going here from now on.
Ordered at 6.15 but didn’t get food until 9:15, called numerous time and kept getting told 10 more minutes for an hour straight so frustrating, when food arrived it was cold. Will not be ordering again !!!
Just excellent. All food beautifully cooked and accompanied by puri and popadoms that were just perfect. Great service. The best Indian Asian in the area
