I walked in and was only acknowledged my the staff making the bowls not the actual cashier. Another customer walked in after me and was greeted and then served before me as I was ignored. The cashier also did not mention that there is a higher charge for using a debit card or credit card I was charged $16 for a bowl because I used my card if i knew that I would've used my cash. I was only aware of the facts AFTERWARDS because your staff did not tell there would be a price difference. Your cashier did a poor job with her customer service. I am very unsatisfied with the facts I was up charged for using my card and always being ignored. Please do better.

LOVE this place! Great music and atmosphere. One of the BEST places to get an acai bowl. The bases are unmatched as well as how fresh the fruit is. My go to is the CocoSweet Bowl. Tastes like summer-every bite. If you haven't already go check them out! Thanks Guys!

I forgot to take a picture of my bowl before diving in. Sweetberry is very cute and trendy. It's a clean restaurant with friendly service. The fruit is fresh and the bowls are delicious. I'll definitely come back to try more of the menu!

The smoothie I ordered was quite tasty, but there was a space at the top. For $9, I expected my drink to be filled to the brim.

For $10 per smoothie you’d expect they’d use fresh fruits. Frozen bananas and low quality fruits. Tasted terrible
