I tried visiting Swensons Drive-in once, but there was an issue with my order. I went inside to have it fixed, and the woman at the counter started yelling at me, insisting that I was completely wrong. She then touched the food with her bare hands and attempted to give it back to me. When I chose to leave because she seemed unwell, she actually followed me to my car. I don’t even think we got a refund. It wasn't worth the disrespect for someone else's mistake. I always inform my friends and family to skip this place when they're in town.
