I came by to pick up my dinner tonight, and I just wanted to spread the word that I actually couldn't have had a better meal anywhere else. My food was hot, burger PERFECT, staff very friendly and clean! I love it here, thank that cook back in the kitchen that blonde lady did a wonderful job. Thank you guys, I don't hesitate to come back with my children for an amazing experience. 5 stars!
I recently visited this restaurant for the first time, and I must say I'm quite impressed. The service was quick and friendly, and the food arrived hot and delicious. The milkshakes were a highlight—thick and delightful, just how I like them. The only minor drawback was that the fries were a bit cooler than I expected. Nevertheless, I’m still giving this experience a five-star rating!
Swensons Drive-in is the only restaurant I feel confident visiting during the pandemic. Every time I’ve been there over the past 10 months, every staff member has worn their mask correctly. Their ordering and setup are perfectly adapted for COVID-19 safety. On top of that, the food is consistently excellent for the price. Thank you, Swensons, for being so dependable and careful!
The amount of sauce on the burgers varies quite a bit—sometimes there’s an excessive amount, and other times there’s barely any. I've ordered from this place over 30 times, and it's frustrating to experience this inconsistency. I truly hope you can make an effort to ensure that orders are prepared properly. Book a table now
I've come here almost every night this week and will continue coming here with my daughter. It is a really great bonding experience to share a meal in the car together, and the staff here could not be more friendly. The credit card machine wasn't working this evening so they just gave us the meal for free.
Swensons Drive-in, a classic Akron favorite since 1934, has now expanded into Columbus. They offer quick, friendly curbside service. Their specially crafted burgers are incredibly addictive—definitely a step above typical takeout.
Excellent service! My server Alex worked tirelessly in the heat. Despite being short-staffed, he promptly attended to the needs of me and three others. He prepared a fantastic pineapple shake and more. Always a great spot!

The milkshake arrived completely melted. My order of tater tots contained only about five pieces, and the fries were only half full. Overall, it was also quite overpriced.
