Once again, I stopped by the drive-thru like I usually do. I ordered my drink in my tumbler and planned to pay with a fundraiser card. The cashier took my tumbler but then realized she didn't have a marker to mark it on the window. After receiving my drink, I handed over my fundraiser card and asked the cashier to mark it since they didn't have a marker. The cashier took the card, returned it immediately, and said that because I was honest, the drink was on the house.
I am giving this restaurant a 3 out of 5 instead of 2 because I enjoy the food. However, I am disappointed with the service. Two days ago, I ordered a 44oz drink but received a 24oz instead after paying over $3. Today, I ordered strawberry bites but received frozen strawberries and I am allergic to coconut. I also inquired about vanilla cream but was given a regular strawberry smoothie instead. I will not be returning to this place again as I cannot risk it.
I love it! I've never got anything I don't like from them. my only complaint I have concerns the sharking drink for children. I often take up drinks for the children I nny and they have been made from rubber-like haien for a few months. I understand that there are now mängel, but if they could update the menu to say that they are out that would be nice. I ordered them with rubber gums and paid only for the rubber gums to get the drinks without a few times.
The employee who served me appeared to be sick and did not practice proper sanitation before handing me my drink and straw. Another worker commented on their illness, indicating that it was a recurring issue. The drink did not taste good and neither did the cookie. It felt like a waste of money, but I hope the staff will improve soon. Book a table now

I’ve been here a few times and always have a good experience. The people are friendly and they are generally pretty quick to get me my drink. For the growth of the area I think they’ve handled it very well
