Always introducing new products like boba, shakes, seasonal items, etc. Just when you think you’ve tried it all, something new appears and becomes your new favorite. Everyone that I’ve encountered working here is nothing but nice and extremely helpful. You can tell that the employees take pride in their work. Even the youngest ones that are high school aged are extremely professional and go above and beyond. As I walked in I was greeted by two amazing workers! (Forgot to ask for their names)It was my first time there and I felt I had a lot of questions but they were super helpful they offered me some cups to sample because i was so indecisive on what flavor to get. The store was very clean and the toppings and flavor choices are endless. Can’t wait to go back and try all the other things they have to offer. A very pleasant experience, plan on telling my family and friends about this place!

This swirl and twirl spot has consistently been clean and introduces new flavors and toppings with each visit. The staff are incredibly friendly and contribute to a joyful atmosphere. They offer flavors that cater to everyone's tastes. I would highly recommend the coconut flavor—definitely a 10/10!

There are plenty of flavors to choose from, and the staff is very friendly and helpful. The store is always clean and well-organized. They offer an amazing deal with the white cup, allowing you to fill it up as much as you want for a single price.
My granddaughter visited with her Daisy troop, and the staff at Nick's were fantastic. The girls had a wonderful time, especially enjoying the treats and tattoos. It's a perfect venue for birthday parties!

The prices are high, and the bubble tea was terrible. I wouldn't recommend it—definitely not worth the money. I spent almost $7 and ended up throwing it away.
They have a really good selection of flavors. It is a little expensive so def get the cup that is one price no matter how much is in it.
