I bought three cakes from Sydney Sweets this year and was disappointed each time—so I guess that's on me! The prices were reasonable, and the cakes tasted delicious, but the presentation was lacking. Even the rice crispy treats looked unappealing. It feels like they only strive for excellence when it comes to gaining attention. Out of the three cakes I bought, not a single one was featured on their social media, even after I tagged them in a post to say thank you. I didn’t get any response. Also, the customer service from the husband was terrible!
Sydney Sweets deserves a 5 star rating! My mom used her for my bridal shower today. The desserts were so delicious and beautiful that I just had to right a review here and now! Everyone was raving about how delicious everything was, along with the adorable designs for my boho theme. 10/10 cant wait to have another event (or go to one of my friends/family since they will be using her for all desserts needs for now on!

I absolutely love this place! I've ordered cakes and cupcakes several times, and I can confidently say that they're delicious and consistently excellent. The talent they have is impressive. Not to mention, the customer service matches the quality of the desserts. I give it a perfect 10 out of 10!
I ordered the Apple Pie Cake Jar, and it is absolutely delicious! Although the cake jar is smaller than I expected, it's still a satisfying portion of dessert. There’s an impressive amount of frosting, too!
The baked goods are delicious and the service is friendly. My only concern is that they’re not open at least five days a week. I inquired about it, but they are committed to their limited hours.
The desserts here are truly outstanding! The customer service is flawless, and the place is clean and simply amazing!
