I recently dined at Symposium Cafe restaurant Thornhill, and I'm truly impressed. The service, friendliness, and menu knowledge greatly enhanced our experience. Kudos to Kevin, the manager, for creating a welcoming atmosphere. The seamless coordination and dedication to customer satisfaction were remarkable. The food quality was outstanding, and the overall ambiance delightful. This positive experience speaks volumes about the hard work and commitment of the entire team. The staff are very friendly, the restaurant was great as the music wasn't very loud and I could speak to the person in front of me comfortably. With some restaurants my boyfriend and I are approached multiple times if we want the bill (to get us out) but they didn't do that which was nice. Unfortunately the food was terrible and the place needs a revamp. I had a bowl (why does it have salsa and was all mushy), my boyfriend had the steak bites and fries fries were cold and tasted like they were just defrosted from the freezer and steak bites were cold and dry.

We never had to wait, and she truly made our time at the restaurant worth while, we were glad to make her acquaintance. Absolutely fantastic food, even greater service.
