Table To Stix - Table reservation

The first time I came here, I was alone and starving. I ordered the tonkotsu ramen and fell in love. I live far away, so I knew I may not come back for a while, so I ordered a plate of gyoza to go. I signed up for sitting around for another 10-15 minutes, so I was really surprised when the waiter came by with a Mochi ice cream and said 'I 'm sorry for the wait, here 's some ice cream for your troubles! ' I found it so nice because I ordered the to go app knowing I would be waiting a bit but they acted like they were doing me a disservice for cooking the food! They are some really nice people over at TTS and I plan to go again soon!

This place has great ramen and great service! The calamari was the best calamari I have had in Evanston (not too breaded, and very fresh! with a great dipping sauce. The tonkostsu was great, I really enjoyed the broth and my favorite topping was the egg. We also had the shoyu and this came with two huge shrimp tempura in it and a great broth. The service was also really great, everyone was super friendly and very fast! I would come back anytime!

Absolutely tasty, always fresh and flavorful. Ramen has been trending since 2014 in New York, LA and San Francisco. Finally great Ramen has come to Evananston. This is some of the best I've had.

Absolute fire, love the food and the staff is great, they're all very friendly. I've been here a bunch of times and it's always a great experience.
