eating here is always amazing. the restaurant may look inconvenient, but they are the top notch. I have a cloak and a beef taco super, as well as a order of churros. both were fantastic, perfectly seasoned. the churros had lost a lot of their cripple, as we had to go home first, but were completely coated in a perfectly balanced zimtsugar coating. the tacos came with a hot sauce that I honestly am not so sure I understand. it was extremely watery top with some fine pieces of ingredients on the bottom. I first started going here when I was a kid when they were in Clarks Summit. I loved it then even though I had no idea about Mexican food. I visited a few times at their location by the University and then just once at the Southside location. I moved out of the area, but always had a fond remembrance of the flavor. So I decided to visit again when I was in town with family. Not having the food in over 25 years, I was nostalgic but warned the family that this isn 't good food . the first time here, sweet little place. typical American Mexican farewell, very reasonable.prices, decent portioning. very nice staff and decor. in any case and under estimated place to get food. or negative thing and it is not really negatiw, wishing that their sitting outside was great, could be a great place to come to a nice evening. I've eaten and fun.
NEW OWNERS NOT THE ORIGINAL FROM 1980s. Cheese Enchilada: tasted like it was made ahead and frozen. Tortilla wraps broke apart like they were stale, it had 2 types of cheese on it, melted cheese was good the shredded cheese didn't even melt. The sauce was real watery so the enchilada meal was like mush!!

I heard there are new owners, and I have to say I would recommend skipping this place! It lacks authenticity completely. The steak burrito supreme was small and lacked flavor. The enchiladas were a messy mix with ground meat, and the guacamole was just awful. Overall, the portions are way overpriced!
I heard good things about this place and decided to check in while I was in the neighborhood. Was worried about parking but they have their own parking. Had a shrimp burrito, it was yummy! Good clean food with VERY fresh vegetables. It was so good I ordered another. Very clean modern place.
I've gone to bandido since the clark summit. they have the best burritos and tacos on the planet. I call the place of the burrito bandido, because their burritos are the best ken. p.s my great daughter kendra loves her too.
love this place always to Taco Bandido for my soft dish tacos with black olive and her mild sauce on the side yum! beats taco every day if I could afford it I would eat tacos every day!

Taco Bandido is a quick order taco shop with a drive-through, very friendly service, pretty good food, and easy to get to right off Main.
I wasn't impressed at all; the food didn't look appetizing, and I can't recommend it.
