My husband and I went to Easton tonight, PA, Taco Bell and it was a big mistake. We have an order to the Taco Bell application, and then went to the Pickup (Walk-up) window in front. There we were told that we had to wait in the long series of cars to get our order on the drive-thru. We pointed out that the huge sounded Taco Bell shield said that her walk-up window was open. Nevertheless, we were no longer served in the Walk-up Window and had to wait in a long car line. Go through the drive-thru, we told them about the order we already placed and paid. They told us to go into the window. We told them they refused to help us there. They seemed surprised. We were told that we had a new order....
I love this location of Taco Bell. I don't come here too often, but I didn't whenever it's possible. My order has never been messed up, always correct as far as I can remember. The staff here is always nice. There are 2 kiosk machines for self-ordering. I've always preferred placing orders through them, because I don't remember the names of the menu items i want, but I know how they look Drive through can get busy, but whenever I went inside (while traffic jam at the drive-through , I didn't have to wait, although there were 1 or 2 employees only. As a fellow restaurant server, I sometimes empathize with the staff, but the workers at this establishment are incredibly incompetent and unresponsive. How can they be so oblivious to basic customer service skills? Why bother taking orders if they have no intention of actually listening to what we are saying? Is it really that difficult to understand a simple request for a taco without lettuce? Every time I dine here, my order is either incorrect or served cold, and the wait time is absurdly long. It's a complete waste of time to dine in, and even ordering through the app doesn't seem to improve the experience. I would recommend avoiding this Taco Bell and finding another option.
It was a busy day during dinner time at the restaurant. My order was mixed up and I had to return to get it fixed. Misty made the whole experience very easy by replacing the incorrect items with the correct ones. They also forgot to charge me for a drink but replaced it without any additional charge. They even let me keep the items they had given us before and surprised me with dessert. Thank you to the staff at Taco Bell! P.S. I really appreciate the friendly and funny guy who is always working late at the drive-thru. I will make sure to get his name next time.

I have visited this Taco Bell several times, and my order has always been accurate to the best of my recollection. The staff is also friendly. I think they encourage ordering through their digital e-order system in the store. I have always preferred this method because I don't remember the names of the menu items, but I know what they look like. The drive-thru can get busy, but whenever I have been inside, I have not had to wait long, with only 1 or 2 other customers present. Overall, I recommend this location.
The food at this restaurant is fantastic, although the service can be a bit slow at times. However, I understand that there is a shortage of staff these days, so I didn't deduct a star for it. I just wanted to mention it because I know many people complain about the slow service, even though it is not the staff's fault.
I wasn't sure if refills were free since the self-serve drink station was not available, and I forgot to ask. It would be helpful if they could clarify this for future customers. As a result, I had to take some of my food home. However, it was just as delicious when I had it later!
Best taco bell in the valley hands down. As in you won't starve to death before your food is ready. The posted hours are actually when they are there also, which these days is shocking! But true...
