I was really disappointed with my experience at Taco Bell. Despite their posted hours showing they open at 9:00 AM, they turned customers away before 10:00 AM. If they're not actually open, they should update their hours or properly inform their staff to avoid misleading customers. After three weeks of trying to place an order, my breakfast was almost completely incorrect. Two Cinnabon Delights, a sausage quesadilla, and a sausage grande toasted breakfast burrito were missing. Instead, I received a bacon burrito, which I couldn’t eat since I don’t eat bacon. To make matters worse, the breakfast crunchwrap had the creamy jalapeño sauce that I had specifically asked to be left off. The only it...

I visited Taco Bell on September 13, 2022, and was disappointed with my experience. Our order took more than 45 minutes to arrive, and when it finally did, it was wrong, causing another 10-minute wait to correct it. To make matters worse, I witnessed an employee in the lobby changing babies' diapers on a table while we were eating, which felt unsanitary and unprofessional. As a result, we ended up throwing away our food and feeling that our money was wasted.

Out of the three tacos I ordered, only one was worth eating. I've included some photos for reference. It seems like there was little effort put into them. If I had checked them before leaving, I would have certainly requested a refund. They looked almost half-eaten when I received them, and only one taco had a few small pieces of tomato. Overall, it was a disappointing experience!

I was disappointed with my experience at Taco Bell. If an item is unavailable when I place my order, please inform me immediately. Instead, I waited until my food arrived to find out there was no sour cream for my tacos and Nacho Supreme. I would like a refund, please. The Taco Bell menu should reflect current availability to avoid such issues. Book a table now

I wouldn't suggest going to this restaurant. The wait time is incredibly long, especially if you're picking up an order from DoorDash or Uber. It seems to take ages! I notice they seem to prioritize the drive-thru, which creates quite a hectic atmosphere.
